User Content License & Waiver
1. User Content
Includes reliability reports, dates, notes, images, feedback, and other materials you provide.
2. License
You retain ownership of your rights in User Content. You grant Chillcoders LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and display User Content to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Service, including aggregate statistics.
3. Representations
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license; that reports are accurate to your knowledge; and that content does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.
4. Moral Rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive moral rights (attribution/integrity) against Chillcoders LLC for licensed uses.
5. No Compensation; Feedback
No compensation is owed for User Content or feedback unless agreed in a signed writing. Feedback may be used freely by Chillcoders LLC.
6. Removal
We may remove content. Removal from public display does not void the license for backups, legal holds, security, or de-identified aggregates.
