Acceptable Use Policy
This AUP is incorporated into the Terms of Service of Chillcoders LLC.
1. Permitted Use
Lawful personal or internal business use consistent with the Terms, including honest reliability reporting and requesting authenticity analysis of items you own or are evaluating.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating law or third-party rights (including CFAA unauthorized access);
- Uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access;
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting except as expressly allowed in writing;
- Overloading the Service or bypassing rate limits / security;
- Submitting knowingly false reliability data or fabricating verification evidence;
- Using outputs to commit fraud or to falsely market items as “Cheatbuy-certified”;
- Impersonation, harassment, or uploading unlawful content;
- Reselling Service outputs as formal authentication without written consent.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate, remove content, suspend accounts, report to law enforcement, and pursue remedies. Report abuse to [email protected].
