2. Game Verifier (Beta) — AI Disclosure
Game Verifier uses artificial intelligence and may run in beta. Consistent with FTC guidance against deceptive AI claims, we disclose that:
- results are automated opinions that can be false positives or false negatives;
- image quality, lighting, angles, and evolving counterfeit methods affect accuracy;
- you must not rely solely on Game Verifier when buying, selling, insuring, or collecting;
- independent inspection and, where appropriate, professional authenticators remain your responsibility.
3. Product Reliability Statistics
Reliability charts use voluntary user reports and estimated sales figures. They are not audited manufacturer data, lab tests, or statistically validated studies. Chillcoders LLC does not independently verify each report and does not warrant durability or safety of any product.
4. Calculators & Third-Party Data
Cost and energy calculators use third-party and estimated inputs. Real-world results vary. Outputs are approximations only.
5. Assumption of Risk
YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISK arising from use of the Service and reliance on its outputs, including financial loss, purchase of counterfeit or defective goods, and data inaccuracy.
6. Release
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Chillcoders LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims arising out of: use of the Service; reliance on verification, reliability, or calculator outputs; User Content; third-party transactions; and outages, bugs, or security incidents—except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or fraud where such release is prohibited.
7. California Civil Code § 1542
If you are a California resident, you waive § 1542, which states that a general release does not extend to claims that the releasing party does not know or suspect to exist at the time of executing the release and that, if known, would have materially affected the settlement—with respect to claims released herein, to the extent waivable.
8. Indemnity; Limits
Indemnification and liability caps in the Terms of Service apply to this Waiver and are incorporated by reference.
9. Severability
If any portion is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
