2. Game Verifier (Beta) — AI Disclosure
Game Verifier uses artificial intelligence and may run in beta. Consistent with FTC guidance against deceptive AI claims, we disclose that:
- results are automated opinions that can be false positives or false negatives;
- image quality, lighting, angles, and evolving counterfeit methods affect accuracy;
- you must not rely solely on Game Verifier when buying, selling, insuring, or collecting;
- independent inspection and, where appropriate, professional authenticators remain your responsibility.
3. Product Reliability Statistics
Reliability charts use voluntary user reports and estimated sales figures. They are not audited manufacturer data, lab tests, or statistically validated studies. Chillcoders LLC does not independently verify each report and does not warrant durability or safety of any product.
4. Switch Ban Tracker
Switch Ban Tracker aggregates voluntary, user-submitted reports about Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 console bans. Chillcoders LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nintendo or its affiliates. Reports are crowd-sourced, may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or fabricated, and are provided for informational discussion only.
- We do not independently verify ban status, console ownership, serial authenticity, region, dates, or root-cause descriptions;
- aggregates and per-console totals are not official Nintendo statistics and must not be treated as proof of ban prevalence, causation, or product defect;
- console serial codes are hashed for duplicate detection; only a short prefix (first three characters) may be shown publicly for masked display—never store or submit passwords or account credentials;
- you assume all risk arising from submitting reports or relying on Switch Ban Tracker outputs, including any account, console, or service actions by Nintendo or third parties.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Chillcoders LLC is not liable for bans, account suspensions, console bricks, warranty voidance, lost access to online services, or any decision you make based on Switch Ban Tracker content.
5. Calculators & Third-Party Data
Cost and energy calculators use third-party and estimated inputs. Real-world results vary. Outputs are approximations only.
6. Assumption of Risk
YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISK arising from use of the Service and reliance on its outputs, including financial loss, purchase of counterfeit or defective goods, console or account bans, and data inaccuracy.
7. Release
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Chillcoders LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims arising out of: use of the Service; reliance on verification, reliability, Switch Ban Tracker, or calculator outputs; User Content; third-party transactions; and outages, bugs, or security incidents—except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or fraud where such release is prohibited.
8. California Civil Code § 1542
If you are a California resident, you waive § 1542, which states that a general release does not extend to claims that the releasing party does not know or suspect to exist at the time of executing the release and that, if known, would have materially affected the settlement—with respect to claims released herein, to the extent waivable.
9. Indemnity; Limits
Indemnification and liability caps in the Terms of Service apply to this Waiver and are incorporated by reference.
10. Severability
If any portion is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
